Each team must have at least 12 runners (and no more than 26) and each runner can't run more than 3 legs. Each leg will be 8 laps, except for the final leg. 

The gun will go off at 3:30pm. You will be able to enter the facility for warmups starting at 2:30pm.

There is no fee to compete. All athletes get a custom bib, racing singlet, tote bag, food, drinks (alcohol and non) and more!

Runners can enjoy the New Balance Beer Garden and a selection of snacks throughout the event. Specific offerings are still being finalized, but you can expect delicious refreshments to keep the celebration going. (Stay tuned for updates!)

Yes, the event is completely free to come spectate and enjoy the entertainment.

Shuttle buses will be leaving from the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel (138 St. James Ave, Boston, MA 02116). Please look for the buses at their curb on Dartmouth Street (205 Dartmouth Street). Buses are scheduled to depart at 2:00, 2:30, 3:00, and 3:30. Buses will depart from the TRACK at 8:00, 8:30, and 9:00 returning to the Fairmont. Please note that the buses can seat 50 people and will be on a first come first serve basis.

As an alternative to the shuttle buses, the commuter rail will also be able to transport you to the TRACK at the Boston Landing stop. You will want to take an outbound train leaving from South Station or Back Bay Station. towards Worcester. Outbound trains are scheduled to depart from Back Bay Station (145 Dartmouth Street Boston, MA 02116) at 1:06, 3:06, and 5:06. Boston Landing is only two stops away and is scheduled to arrive 10 minutes after departing. Inbound trains are scheduled to depart from Boston Landing at 6:26 and 8:11 after the event.
